Dave grew up on the west coast in California. He attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where he earned Bachelor’s degrees in Communications. He is very proud of his back-to-back National Champion Trojan Football Team!
Dave has a significant background in customer service oriented work, having spent five years owning and operating a food delivery service company in California. Following his move to Chicago, he served as a district manager for Enterprise Rent A Car here in Chicago before venturing into real estate as a career. Both helped Dave hone his skills as a salesman, trainer, negotiator and planner. All of these skills are utilized on a daily basis to help deliver unparalleled service to his clients.
Dave began investing in real estate in 1995 and continues to invest in residential rental properties and in education in order to stay abreast of the latest real estate trends and technology. He recently earned an advanced realtor designation known as GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute). He thrives on sharing his knowledge and experience with his clients so they can make informed decisions and prides himself on his responsiveness to his client questions and needs.
Dave is consistently one of the top producers at his company and his business is driven primarily by referrals from past clients and friends. He works with buyers and sellers and specializes in personal residences and residential investment properties. He helped his clients close nearly 12 million dollars in real estate transactions in 2004 alone and has helped nearly 100 families successfully find or sell their properties since getting his license in 2001.
Dave currently resides in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, where he has lived for the past decade.
Dave enjoys spending as much time as possible staying active. Whether it's playing golf, tennis or soaking in a Cubs game, Dave always wants to be in the middle of the action. Dave has plans on getting his certification in scuba diving as well, but real estate is keeping him too busy to complete it!
